The Ark Demonstration

Our 2021 VBS taught us about the Bible's historical account of the flood, the ark, the animals, Noah's family, and the wicked world around them. This got us thinking,
"Can we build a scale model ark out of just cardboard and tape?"


We can and we DID!! See our video here!

The dimensions of the real ark God gave to Noah were:
  • 300 cubits long (450 feet)
  • 50 cubits wide (75 feet)
  • 30 cubits tall (45 feet)
The dimensions of our ark at 1/15 scale were:
  • ​30 feet long
  • 5 feet wide
  • 3 feet tall
